Our Experience

Gareth Kiddie Associates (GKA) is a specialist community heritage consultancy with a 22 year track record of successful delivery in the field. The GKA team has developed a reputation for being professional, great to work with, and for delivering project work of the highest quality. Since its establishment GKA has worked on heritage projects with in excess of 350 community, voluntary and public sector organisations.

Gareth Kiddie set up GKA specifically to provide services within the heritage and community regeneration sectors. Gareth is GKA’s Lead Consultant, and he heads up a team of associates that includes an architect and a range of other community & heritage specialists. GKA works with the Architectural Heritage Fund, and has recently been contracted to deliver on the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s Register of Support Services Framework.

GKA has an extensive portfolio of past projects that includes the delivery of: feasibility studies, community consultations and stakeholder engagement, audience development and activity plans, fundraising strategy and bid-making, governance and organisational development, enterprise development and business planning, project and programme evaluations, social impact assessments. GKA also specialises in taking organisations through the Community Asset Transfer (CAT) process.
