Our Experience
Osbornes Chartered Architects is a Chartered Architectural Practice based in, Worcestershire, specialising in the conservation, repair and adaptive reuse of historic and listed buildings. We deliver projects across the UK for heritage, cultural and community clients, combining creative design with a detailed understanding of historic fabric and statutory compliance.
The practice provides a full range of architectural services from RIBA Stages 0–7, with expertise spanning condition surveys, feasibility studies, conservation management, technical design and site delivery. Our team includes ARB-registered architects, RIBA Conservation Registrants, and staff trained in Principal Designer duties under the CDM Regulations 2015 and Building Safety Act 2022.
Our portfolio includes work for the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, Ambassador Theatre Group, Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust, and multiple Local Authorities and Building Preservation Trusts.
